Volvo Reports October Sales
November 1, 2018 by VolvoROCKLEIGH, N.J. (November 1, 2018) - Volvo Car USA, LLC, (VCUSA) reported U.S. sales of 7,327 vehicles for the month of October, a 4.6 percent increase versus October 2017. Year-to-date VCUSA has sold 81,256 vehicles, an increase of 27 percent versus the previous year. The XC60 was the top seller for the month with 2,552 vehicles sold followed by the XC90 with 2,301 vehicles sold. 'October marks our tenth consecutive month of year-over-year growth for Volvo in the US,' said Anders Gustafsson, President and CEO, Volvo Car USA. 'Our award-winning SUV range continues to be a key driver in this growth, with an increase of 33 percent versus last year.'
